A homelike environment to help youth transition into adulthood. Provides wrap around support for chronically homeless youth

Serves youth under the age of 22. Connects youth to resources and services through Drop-In Center and street-outreach. Supportive and non-judgmental support to help homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth.

Stop Now and Plan (SNAP)

Ages 6 – 11

Family focused intervention program focus on youth exhibiting anti-social or aggressive behavior. Parent and youth workshops to teach flexibility, emotional control, and problem solving skills.

Weekly meetings for 13 weeks.

All ages

Available to any youth who has or is thinking about running away from home. Youth can access safety and CCYS through local businesses and partner agencies displaying the Safe Place Sign. Text the word “SAFE” and Tallahassee, FL to 69866 to get immediate help and find the closest Safe Place.

Youth seek safety with partnering businesses displaying Safe Place sign.

CCYS offers a continuum of services to youth and families based on their individual needs. CCYS will not deny services to individuals based solely on race, color, ethnicity, religious/spiritual affiliation, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin and/or other categories protected by law. All services are free and confidential.
